Hospitality Exchange will take place in the Ramada Plaza Belfast. It has free onsite car parking, full leisure facilities and the necessary conference facilities to accommodate a major event like Hospitality Exchange.

Directions
The hotel is on the Outer Ring at Shawsbridge. The easiest route to the Ramada is via the M1 to Junction 2 and follow the yellow AA signs. Those from the East and South East should follow signs for the Outer Ring.

Parking
The hotel has 300 spaces onsite and further provision in overflow car parks within a short walk of the hotel.

Eating
Tickets for the Conference Lunches are available to purchase from the Federation - a buffet lunch will be served on Tuesday and a more formal speaker lunch will take place on Wednesday. Food is also available from the hotel bar.
